How We Work at The House Partnership

At The House Partnership we follow a total triage process for every patient.

This system has been operating at Greystone House Surgery for over 4 years and is facilitated by a well-established team comprising of administrators and clinicians.

We firmly believe that our triage system enables us to provide the safest, most effective care to our patients, allowing us to screen and prioritise enquiries to ensure that patients requiring urgent care are able to promptly access the services they need and patients requiring routine care have a timely, clear pathway to receive this care.
