How to reset your NHS App

Log in to your NHS account via the NHS App or NHS.UK

Select the ‘More’ icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen

Select ‘Account and settings’

Select ‘Manage NHS account’

Select ‘Your NHS login details’

Then ‘Delete NHS login’.

Once the above steps have been complete you can then re-register and link THE HOUSE PARTNERSHIP ( H81030 )

You will need to go through ID verification again. Unfortunately, this takes about 3 days to complete.

You are also able to log in with your NHS login on a desktop PC, tablet or laptop – Visit the NHS website for more information – https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/gps/online-health-and-prescription-services/
